using the Chat Room:
Any posts that infringe such laws as the abuse of
minors will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Please
do not post photographs or links to pornographic sites.
Please
respect the feelings of other people when using the
chat room.
Please moderate your speech and do not offend.
Please do not 'flame' other chat room users.
Please
do
not promote porn, violence, ageism, sexism, or any
form of racial hatred. Remember, people have no control
over their race, sex or age and to abuse them because
of these is not acceptable.
Please do not exchange names, addresses or phone numbers
with anybody you are not 100% sure of.
For
your own safety, NEVER put your financial details
such as credit card numbers etc, into posts on the
Chat Room.
We reserve the right to 'Silence', 'Kick Off', or
ban any user we consider to be abusing the Chat Room
or upsetting other users of the Chat Room. We also
reserve the right to invisibly observe and record
Chat for the purposes of moderation and enforcing
the site rules.
Please
be aware, that like all communications over the
Internet, your Chat may be visible to others. No guarantees
of privacy can be given. You
use the Chat Room at your own risk.
Accounts
that have not been used for 6 months or more will
automatically be deleted without notice.
Note:
This chat room is for people who either have MS, or
are a carer of somebody with MS, or have friends or
family with MS, or have some regular association with
MS, eg are associated with an organisation involved
with MS or similar disabilities.
